As of January 1, 2015, all Supervisors must apply for the Designated Supervisory Appraiser status. All trainees must apply for the Registered Trainee Appraiser status. Please complete the appropriate documents in the Forms section of this website.
A registered trainee appraiser may have more than one designated supervisory appraiser. A designated supervisory appraiser shall not supervise more than three registered trainee appraisers at any one time. A trainee appraiser can only gain experience while registered under a qualified supervisory appraiser.
